FLEXICORE - FARNHAM
Our Flexicore classes are taught by our chiropractors and have been specifically designed by them to improve your overall core strength, stability and flexibility. Before starting classes you will have a free 15-minute consultation with our chiropractor to highlight any injuries or areas of weakness so these can be accommodated for in the class.
Beginners: This class is perfect for anyone who has suffered an injury and wants to prevent its return. These basic exercises are closely supervised so you can be sure you are performing them correctly without the risk of repeated injury.
Intermediate: These classes feature exercises designed to improve your overall performance. These are great for those who have progressed from the beginners’ class and wish to improve their coordination and athletic ability.
The Flexicore classes are a great starting point to core stability and spinal wellbeing.
Advanced/Athletes: Our FLEXICORE classes progress from beginners through mixed ability to the advanced/athlete flexicore. We are aiming to take your core strength, flexibility and control to the next level.
This is ideal for those working up to their peak, or if you are active and fit, this is the class for you.
Runners FLEXICORE: This is a class directed at performance impairment by focusing on your core strength, key muscle groups, flexibility and co-ordination. The runners meet in Sainsbury's car park at 18.15 (off Waters Lane at the back of the bottle recycling units), they run 1.3 mile trip in to THE STUDIO. This is followed by a power half hour FLEXICORE class, the members then run back to the car park, running between 1.3 - 3 miles.
