Nick Wevill
BSc. (Hons.) D.C. - Chiropractor
Nick graduated in 2008 from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. He has since worked in the Southampton area, and moved to Durham House Chiropractic in 2015 for fresh challenges and to be closer to his family. Prior to his chiropractic training he volunteered in a physiotherapy department for physically handicapped children.
He takes a keen interest in optimising function for people’s daily activities especially in sporting performance. He takes particular care in rehabilitation and injury prevention through patient education.
In his home life Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and children,
and when he can gets out on bike to enjoy the great British countryside.
James Donohoe
MSc, BSc (Hons) - Chiropractor
James was introduced to Chiropractic at a young age through his family being looked after for migraines, neck pain and a low back injury. Inspired by this holistic approach to health, he went on to graduate from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a masters in Chiropractic.
During his studies, James took an interest in the importance of long term health and wellness and how Chiropractic can help patients to achieve this. To help with this he studied in medical acupuncture techniques, alongside gait analysis and exercise rehabilitation.
Since graduating James has also undertaken additional training in caring for pregnant patients and continues to develop his skills with regular CPD. You can also find him in our Studio where he offers a regular exercise class.
Outside of clinic life, James enjoys keeping active with hiking and running with sights set on completing further marathons and events.
Henry Bramwell-Reeks
D.C., MSc, BSc (Hons) - Chiropractor
Henry graduated with a first class honours degree in Chiropractic from the AECC University.
He focuses on treating every patient individually with regards to patient education, treatment techniques and injury rehabilitation by appropriately tailoring his approach to his patients’ current lifestyles and aspirations.
He utilises his diplomas in medical acupuncture and cupping, alongside his experience in rehabilitating world-class athletes to promote self-healing in his patients on their journey to optimising health.
He has been fortunate enough to work in the AECC paediatric clinic, where he learnt the positive effects that gentle Chiropractic treatment can have on babies.
He is also studying for a degree in Functional Medicine since he has a passion for helping patients thrive on their quest for longevity.
Gaby Curtis
Chiropractor & FLEXICORE
Gaby graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biology before deciding to become a chiropractor. She attended the AECC in Bournemouth, obtaining a Masters in Chiropractic.
Gaby enjoys treating a diverse range of people, using a variety of techniques to get the best result for each individual. She utilises her passion for patient education, health and rehabilitation not only to help people achieve their health goals but to also maintain them. She has a particular interest in treating sports related injuries.
Outside the clinic, you can find her on the golf course, walking in the countryside or trying to improve her fitness in the gym.
Sarah Ayers
Personal Trainer & FLEXICORE
Sarah has always had a keen interest in sports, having played many at school, hockey at university, then taking up rowing when she lived in London. The opportunity to become a fitness instructor arose whilst she was on a career break to have a family, and she hasn’t looked back.
Sarah qualified in 2016 and began taking bootcamp style classes. She is now the co-founder and co-owner of Blaze Fitness UK, a Fleet based outdoor fitness company.
Fiona Carle
BSc Physiotherapy - Chartered Physiotherapist - Pilates
Fiona has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist after graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1993, with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She moved to the Guildford area in 1994 and has worked in both the NHS and the private sector locally, specialising in lower limb conditions and sports injuries. She has spent time working with recreational and professional sports teams and athletes.
After practicing Pilates for over 10 years, Fiona decided to train with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to teach Pilates. She teaches Pilates from a rehabilitate approach, using her many years of expertise as a physiotherapist to ensure a safe, supervised programme for her clients. She modifies exercises according to each individual client’s ability and any particular injurie

Yaara Farber
Pilates Instructor
aara began her Pilates journey over 20 years ago. After her first pregnancy, she felt the need to strengthen her body and she found the Pilates method was the right fit for her.
After relocating to the UK, she decided to pursue her dream and become a Pilates instructor.
She has been teaching Pilates since 2017, after completing the qualification with Pilates Training Solutions.
In 2018 she opened her studio, where she uses the Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Half-Cadillac).
She believes that to have the perfect functioning body, all joints need to move through their full available range and she works with clients to achieve this.
The goals of the sessions are to help you get stronger, more mobile, more flexible and more balanced in your body.
Eva Kilthau
Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Eva discovered Pilates after suffering from severe back pain following the birth of her first child in 2007. Experiencing firsthand the benefits from Pilates, she was keen to help others and achieved a YMCA (CYQ) Level 3 Pilates qualification through Pilates Training Solutions.
Her personal Yoga Practice allowed her to complete her Yoga Teacher training in 2016.
Eva believes in a holistic and mindfulness body approach and combines both methods in her sessions. She is forever curious, never stops learning for the betterment of herself and the people she works with. She teaches from the heart with enthusiasm, warmth and humour.

Poppaea Bramwell-Reeks

Poppaea is a Level 4 Sports Massage therapist and has trained in myofascial cupping. Her passions include analysing our bodies kinematic chain to help restore functional movement patterns stems. Poppaea is a GB triathlete and has competed in a variety of sports throughout her life which allows her to appreciate how devastating injuries can be. Movement is healing and she wants all her patients to thrive and live their best lives whilst preventing body fatigue and injuries.
She believes in using muscle energy techniques, soft tissue release, PNF techniques and neuromuscular techniques to treat and prevent future injuries, allowing the body to heal itself, reduce inflammation and pain whilst restoring elasticity back into muscles. She is focused on treating every patient as an individual and uncovering their specific muscle imbalances to help alleviate pain and prevent further injury in the back, neck, shoulders, knee, ankles and any muscular/sport injuries. She believes that ankle and foot mobility is often neglected as a cause of pain and dysfunction in the knee and hip joints.
Poppaea has spent the last 7 years competing internationally, working as a RNLI beach lifeguard in Bournemouth and New Zealand, as well as graduating in Fashion Design and working as a massage therapist.
During her travels in New Zealand, she treated a variety of patients including world class athletes, office workers, manuals workers and weekend warriors. In her spare times she loves to be outdoors, reading, running and spending time with family at the beach.
