Fiona Carle BSc Physiotherapy - Chartered Physiotherapist - Pilates

Fiona has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist after graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1993, with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She moved to the Guildford area in 1994 and has worked in both the NHS and the private sector locally, specialising in lower limb conditions and sports injuries. She has spent time working with recreational and professional sports teams and athletes.

After practicing Pilates for over 10 years, Fiona decided to train with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to teach Pilates. She teaches Pilates from a rehabilitate approach, using her many years of expertise as a physiotherapist to ensure a safe, supervised programme for her clients. She modifies exercises according to each individual client’s ability and any particular injuries.
