"Great venue. The studio offers a range of classes including core, pilates, yoga and stretch throughout the day and into the evening Monday to Friday. A great advantage is that it is drop in so no need to pay for classes you can't make but a discount if you buy blocks of 10 or 20 up front. I've been doing pilates with Yvette on a Thursday for over a year. She makes it good fun, with a lot of variety and explains how each exercise is working the body. Definitely recommend it!"
